PrivaBeam™ Product limited warranty

PrivaBeam™ products have a warranty covering any defects in materials, as well as lack of craftsmanship. This warranty is valid as long as the original purchaser owns the product(s). This warranty does not cover the following:

1) Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs, improper installation or cleaning
2) Normal wear
3) Accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse to the product, act of God
4) Exposure to elements, fading, discoloration over time
5) Shipping charges, any removal and reinstallation cost

To obtain the warranty, please contact the dealer with whom the product was purchased, or submit your warranty request to helps@privabeam.com

In the warranty request email, please attach a description of the defective product along with a photocopy of your receipt or a screenshot of your online purchase confirmation page. We will respond to your request via email.
